PURPOSE FOR POSITION: Responsible for sales and customer visit DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Working with dealers. Control over the activities of dealers to attract new customers, sales volume, pricing, accounts receivable, achievement of the sales target. Providing training for dealers. Inventory Management . Collect information about the regional market (the number and profile of economic entities in the region, the main consumer demand, the activities of competitors in the region, etc.). Market analysis, based on the analysis results, develops a strategy for the presentation of goods (services, works) in the region. Drawing up a plan for product promotion, launching new products on the market, visiting customers, developing customer relations; Fulfillment of the sales plan through dealers and direct sales in the assigned territory. Spare parts sales support; Organize an event for key clients. Interaction with the head office regarding ensuring the correct processing of orders, drawing up a contract, monitoring the delivery process; Communication with headquarters in China, business status report, support requests. Prepare and submit reports to the management of the enterprise. To represent and protect the interests of the enterprise in the region. Carry out other orders from line managers. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED: Education: University degree in mechanical major, commercial or international trade. Experience: 5 Years of experience in sales in construction equipment or similar Language: English and Russian Travel:Available for traveling in both home and abroad according to the requirements.
